  VALUATION & ANALYSIS

We thoroughly review at least three years of financial statements as well as non recurring expenses, real estate values VS rent expense, market conditions and market potential to determine the true value of your company or companies. 

We meet with you to discuss our vision of your company. We will NOT give you a pie-in-the-sky number just to sign an engagement agreement, only to disappoint you later. 

Our original valuation PRIOR to engagement is historically within 5% of the selling price. When a “Broker” takes a sizable retainer from a client, the risk shifts to the Dealer. The “broker” no longer has “skin in the game”.

  ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGY

After engagement, we prepare a comprehensive Memorandum of Sale to take to market. Our marketing materials present your dealership in the best possible light to qualified buyers. We represent clients with integrity and certainty. There is no right way to do the wrong thing. 

  BUYER MANAGEMENT

We work directly with buyers, attorneys, and CPAs on Letters of Intent and Asset Purchase Agreements. We manage all negotiations to protect your interests.

  DUE DILIGENCE & FACTORY SUBMISSION   

We coordinate the entire due diligence process and manage factory submissions to ensure smooth approval from manufacturers.

  ONSITE CLOSING   

We are ONSITE to manage the closing – something NO OTHER firm does. We ensure every detail is handled correctly, protecting your interests until the final signature.
