MD Johnson, Inc. announces the completion of the sale of Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville Oregon to the Swickard Corporation. MD Johnson Inc advised Lithia Motors, Inc on the sale. The dealership’s name will remain the same and at its current location in the suburban Portland Oregon city of Wilsonville. Mark Johnson, President of MD Johnson Inc stated that “the sale was part of a larger strategic plan developed by Mercedes Benz and Lithia for the Portland/Salem market. Lithia also owns Mercedes Benz of Portland and Mercedes Benz of Beaverton Oregon. Mark Johnson and Mark Topping managed the transaction on behalf of Lithia.
