MD Johnson, Inc. announces the completion of the acquisition of Parktown Porsche from Steve King of Parktown Imports in suburban St. Louis. The dealership was acquired by Todd Blue, owner and dealer principal of Houston Based Indigo Auto Group. www.indigoautorgroup.com. Blue, through Indigo also owns Porsche of North Houston. MD Johnson Inc also advised on the sale of Porsche of North Houston to Indigo and Mr. Blue. Mr. Blue and Indigo also recently acquired Desert European in Rancho Mirage CA.
Indigo Auto Group, among other franchises, represents Porsche at Desert European and the Parktown acquisition is the third Porsche dealership for Todd and Indigo. The dealership has been renamed Porsche of St. Louis and will be relocated to 9710 Manchester Road.
