MD Johnson, Inc. Advises Bruce Qvale on the acquisition of San Jose
British Motors Jaguar from Norm Tompkins
-MD Johnson, Inc. announces the completion of the acquisition of
San Jose British Motors from long time San Jose California dealer Norm Tompkins. MD Johnson Inc advised Qvale on the acquisition of the Jaguar franchise from Tompkins. Concurrent with the closing of the acquisition, which was executed by MD Johnson Inc staff, Qvale relocated the Land Rover dealership to the Jaguar site at 4040 Stevens Creek Boulevard. The dealerships are now knows=n as Jaguar San Jose www.jaguarsanjose.com and Land Rover San Jose www.landroversj.com. No sales price was disclosed. Qvale will undertake a multi-million dollar renovation of the dealership buildings as well as the construction of a parking structure to securely hold up to 600 retail and customer vehicles.
